Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
Surelog is published by PitchCall, Inc. ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Surelog app and this website.
The short version
We do not collect your data. Your medications, doses, injection sites, lab results and notes are stored only on your device. We have no account system and no server that receives your health information. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics software in the app.
Information stored on your device
Everything you enter in Surelog is saved in the app's storage on your device and protected by iOS data protection. If your device is backed up by Apple (iCloud Backup or a computer backup), the app's data is included in that backup under Apple's terms, as for other apps. Surelog itself does not upload your record anywhere.
Files you choose to create
You can create a PDF report, a CSV export or an encrypted backup file. These are created on your device and leave it only if you choose to share or save them somewhere. Backup files are encrypted with a passphrase you choose; we never see the passphrase and cannot open your backups.
Lab report scanning
When you scan or import a lab report, the text is read on your device using Apple's on-device text recognition. The image and the text are not sent to us or to any third party.
Reminders
Dose reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push notification service or server is involved.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app checks whether you have an active purchase on your device using Apple's StoreKit.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
Children
Surelog is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Because we do not hold your data, you control it directly: you can edit or delete any entry in the app, and deleting the app deletes its data from your device. If you live in a state with consumer health data laws, such as Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date. If we ever wanted to collect any data, we would ask for your consent first.
